We do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Leicara Glam.

We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

If you purchased grooming products, eyelashes, and cosmetics cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.

Purchaser errors are not eligible for refunds. Please read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

If you received the wrong shape, color, or size that does not match the product listed for sale you may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Leicara Glam. Items must be in the original packaging and unused to be considered. 

Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You must provide photo proof of postage. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
